# Football totals

> What happens to an Over/Under line when a goal lands.

A goal settles an Over/Under line, and the ladder you were trading pins at 1.01
or 1000. Two tools deal with that moment.

## Goal jump

When the line pins at an extreme, an amber chip appears beside the title,
linking straight to the next line up. Trading 2.5 when a goal lands, one click
opens 3.5.

## Auto-open next line

In **Settings, Ladder**, off by default. The next line's ladder opens by itself
the moment the goal is detected, with no click at all.

  It fires **once per line**. Closing the ladder it opened never makes it reopen.

## Line order

Over/Under lists read in **numeric line order** everywhere: 0.5, 1.5, 2.5 and so
on. Match totals come first, then the halves, then the per-team blocks.

<Warning>
  Totals of **different subjects do not share a coupon**. Goals step to goals and
  corners step to corners: the arrows beside a line will not walk you out of one
  and into the other, even when the numbers happen to continue.
